		Agreement for Permanent Candidates
		The agreement is between Wheatcroft Sims Associates Ltd (“the Agency”) and you (“the Candidate”). 1. These Terms do not constitute a Contract of Employment with the Agency. 2. The Agency undertakes to seek employment for the Candidate with a third party (“the Hirer”) for which service the Agency will make a charge to the Hirer. 3. The Agency operates in connection with this Agreement as an employment agency as defined in the Employment Agencies Act 1973. 4. The Agency can terminate this Agreement with immediate effect at any time. 5. The Candidate can terminate this Agreement with immediate effect provided that the Candidate cannot within three Months of such termination attend an interview or otherwise seek employment with a Hirer where the Agency has prior to the termination had contact with that Hirer in relation to the Candidate. 6. The Agency is not authorised to receive money on behalf of the Candidate. By sending in this completed registration form you accept the above agreement.
